The bill (Reg. No. 4670, refined) suggests preserving previous work (position) of the deputies of local councils that worked in the council on a permanent basis and were conscripted in connection with mobilization.

Thereat, the return of the abovementioned persons to the state service and to the service in the bodies of local self-government shall be held without competitive selection and special check.

The respective amendments are to be made to the Labour Code and the laws “On the State Service”, “On the Service in the Bodies of Local Self-Government”, “On the Status of the Deputies of Local Councils” and “On the Principles of Preventing and Counteracting Corruption”.

At the same time, the people’s deputies noted that adoption of a version of article 119 of the Labour Code, suggested by the authors, contradicts the existing provision.

The Committee will consider all the remarks and proposals.
